What I do at YouLend
As Head of HR, I oversee all aspects of the people operations across the UK, US, and Germany. I am also responsible for Health & Safety across the Company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and promoting a safe and positive working environment.
My role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policy and compliance, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. I work closely with senior stakeholders to support business objectives, drive people initiatives, and ensure a consistent employee experience across all locations.
