What I do at YouLend
Leading the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of a scalable risk and regulatory compliance framework that
supports YouLend’s UK and EU expansion.
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of all regulatory policies, procedures, controls and governance processes to ensure alignment with FCA, DORA, PSRs and wider EU requirements.
- Providing strategic regulatory guidance to enable compliant product growth, operational resilience and market entry.
- Driving horizon scanning, regulatory change management, incident management, RCSAs, risk appetite and compliance monitoring activities.
- Managing and developing the Compliance team, embedding strong conduct, operational discipline and proactive risk identification across the business.
