What I do at YouLend

As the Office Coordinator for YouLend's U.S. office, I support both office operations and talent acquisition. I lead full-cycle U.S. recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring managers, while also managing onboarding and offboarding processes. Alongside recruitment, I oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, facilities, and employee engagement initiatives, helping create a productive and positive workplace as the U.S. team continues to grow. 

Who am I?

I built my career through a combination of hands-on experience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting both people and business operations. I started in roles that developed my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and over time I naturally took on greater responsibility by becoming someone others could rely on to keep projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Working closely with cross-functional teams gave me valuable experience across office operations, recruitment, and employee support, allowing me to develop a broad understanding of how a growing business operates. I've always been eager to learn, take initiative, and improve processes, which has enabled me to expand my responsibilities as opportunities arose.

Today, as Office Coordinator at YouLend, I oversee office operations while leading U.S. recruitment and supporting onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day business operations. My career has been shaped by a willingness to step up, solve problems, and grow with the business, and I enjoy being someone who helps teams succeed behind the scenes.
