As a Credit Eligibility Team Lead, I lead a team of 10+ analysts responsible for assessing merchant applications across all EU markets we fund. I ensure all eligibility checks are completed accurately and consistently, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
I support and develop my team through training, coaching, and day-to-day guidance, while setting clear performance expectations and driving results. My team is responsible for the initial screening of applications, ensuring only suitable merchants progress through the funding pipeline.
I work closely with other team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient collaboration across teams. I also focus on improving operational efficiency by refining processes, supporting system adoption, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
